    iPhone 1g 2g or 3g......?????

I do not know for sure. When I had the first iPhone, it worked just fine. I now have the 3G iPhone and it works just as good.

I think you may have trouble locating an older gen iPhone,,, but maybe not. I really haven’t been keeping track of the availability.

    Best of luck with it.

By the way, I was running 4 Pangolin.NET systems connected (hardwired to my laptop) and the iPhone connected to the same laptop thru the built in wifi. I was running a show, took a phone call in the middle and then returned without inturaption! then I send a text msg just cuz. Fun!

I'm pretty sure there was the iPhone and then the iPhone 3g. The 3g is a cell-phone standard basically.

Anyway, what about using an iTouch? I have one and have wondered if I could use it with WiFi to control my shows someday..

though i think for controlling lasers the iphone with touch screen is the way to go.

although its easy enough to do on my n96, its not as easy as touch screen.

i will demo it at the uk 3.5 meet
