    I Think fr you a wiring diagram would be of use and if you do need split supplies than this is likely to be your problem

    I understand. Kyle said he is going to e-mail me some more info on the unit. Hopefully it will include a schematic. If it needs a split rail supply that would sure make a difference.

    Hi John,

    Sorry to hear about the problems but i find this adventure very interesting. I once rebuilt a chinese dpss head after having a busted diode.
    Did you take any pics of the inside of the head, I would love to see them.

    Yes, I have pictures of inside of the head. Will post tonight (as soon as I read the FAQ on how to do it on this forum that is. Have only done it on LPF so far)

    wow ... that does look well made

    that also looks like there are 8 anodes on the pump diode

    is the configuration in a bar or stacked ofset ?

    Great work boys - looks very like some European designed greens I have seen in the past. Like Karl says niceley made but then RGB do have a decant repuation.

    Hope the diode is good and its just PSU wiring you need to sort

    i think you should try and maybe get in contact with the company and ask for a proper power supply
