Need simple design

Does anyone remember the movie tomorrow never dies, mid 90's James Bond film. There is a scene with some beautiful whitelights doing some scanning. Well the white light fan effect with about 20 beams doing a side sway and shuffle. I would love to have an ild file close to that effect.

Nope, you're gonna have to scoure youtube for that one and report back... Or just copy the DVD and edit the scene for us.
