I never had a mouse on my CBM-64 !
First one I ever say was on the first generation Apple Macintosh; with the little B&W sideways screen.
I think that was last week or something...
I hate to freak you all out... but LaserBoy was designed to NOT use a mouse. Part of that direction came from the fact that I had no way to make a mouse work over an ANSI terminal session!
BUT, I also developed a connection between the keyboard and the individual objects themselves, in true 3D space!
You can see in the pics in this thread that there are cursors that walk the vertices. What does that have to do with a 2D mouse?
I can see using a mouse for menus, file IO and settings dialogs and stuff like that. But I really can not see translating the real meat & potatoes of this application; it's ability to let you see and touch your art, to a mouse!
Both hands on the keyboard... LET'S GO!
