I sent all of these tubes (and about a dozen more) to Sam Goldwasser a few years ago. He went through each one to see if there was anything that could be salvaged. One of the greens was dead, but the other was making something like 600 microwatts. He still has it. The IR HeNe wasn't lasing, but he wanted to keep it because he thought he could make it work. And the orange one was only making .5 mw, but it was a unique color so he kept it as well.
he sent me the IR one by mistake a while back, I need to fool with the mirrors somewhat. Not his fault, 1.5 u IR is hard to detect as silicon doesnt see it.
