    I fixed the problem using an additional thin base, wider few centimeters only than laser head...
    Each laser head is locked at its own additional base, so I can better and more easily to get a good alignment just moving the add base instead of laser head, then I firmly lock the base by bolts (see red arrows into attached pic)

    Anyway to have a wider base plate would be useful in most part of cases.

    Well knowing Bridge, I am sure he is already thinking and working about...

    I would really like to see something in a animation, Im tring to compare and see if you can notice the FAT red in your animations.... I havent really seen any up close video of the higher power 650nm in action.. can you notice a FAT red??? vs and nice tight beam of 671nm or lower power 650nm...

    yeah sorry, rushed pics

    ive only only got one galvo working, one cable is to short. im waiting for a longer cable, so cant do much scanning wise
