    Cool

    Sean;

    I see you are in the UK... Maybe you can get together with one of the more experienced members near you and do some tests.

    I would be happy to tune your scanners for you, but the shipping costs to and from the US would probably be prohibitive. Let me know though.

    The loud noises and overheating issues you mention are cause for concern. When I reviewed the ScanPro20's, I found that they ran *very* cool, and only got noisy when I really pushed them. I'm very surprised that you're having overheating problems with them, as they were some of the coolest-running scanners I've ever tested.

    Sean seriously, this is NOT a problem with your galvos. This has to do with the offset of your blanking. I am not sure how to adjust this in Spaghetti, but in LaserBoy, it is easy and you can play around with it to get the best looking image. If you want to change the offset in Spaghetti, you'll need to contact Gary. This is going to happen no matter what galvos or software or DAC you use unless the offset is changed. See this thread: http://www.photonlexicon.com/forums/...ead.php?t=5617

    I had the exact same problem, except mine looked really bad. After I adjusted it, it was fine. My blanking is TTL too so, it was even more of a pain.

    Also, your scan speed looks too slow. As you probably already know, the circle should be inside the square. I am not sure if you slowed it down to help the initial issue or not, but speed those up a little and adjust the offset of Z
