I think you are right. I emailed him a bunch of times and he always ansews right back. I'm going order the 500mw one tomorrow. It's going take at least a month to get it because of the paperwork. Plus they are built to order. I will let everyone know once I recieved it. Don't worry I will take allot of pictures.

    7^3 is 343, not 500,000

It seems VERY green heavy, and I guess the specs confirm this. I didn't even SEE the blue at first glance here:

8 color ttl must be a 7 color system

    0 0 0 black
    1 0 0 red
    0 1 0 green
    0 0 1 blue
    1 1 0 yellow
    0 1 1 cyan
    1 0 1 magenta
    1 1 1 white

and lost in the translation is that blanked is not a color.

I'd also like to see 30K scanners there. Dont get me wrong, you can do a lot of beam effects with 12K, but in this day and age, a minimum of 20K is more appropriate. Also adding a 635 nm diode down the road, even at 30-40 mW would be much more red. I'd like to give Traximus the benefit of the doubt and figure he is honest and derating things. That ILDA member sticker means a lot. 6 mm is quarter inch plate, thats a start. I'd probably run a reinforcing rail down the base of it at 1/4", but thats easy enought to do.
