Hi Tony,
Two things:
First, please contact us directly about problems in the future. If it is a feature question, then other users might be able to help out and give advice, but if it is an honest-to-goodness bug, then other users won't be able to help you -- only Pangolin can.
Second, if you send us anything we need to reproduce the problem (such as your animation file, AVI file, etc.) then we can look into this and hopefully we will be able to see the same problem. If we can see it, then we can solve it.
Best regards,
William Benner
I used to have the same problem when I still had my FB3. I figured that was normal and just ignored it because I only did have a red laser at the time.

The first color (index zero) defined in the default palette of 62 colors is red.
James.
If you open the file in LaserBoy you can do just about anything you want with color!
Just remember to save it as ILDA 4 or 5. That's about the only way to move art from one platform to another without having to convert everything back to that 62 color palette.
James.
Are you working on something cool?
James.
Tony,
I guess it is a quesiton of standards. As far as I know, our software conforms to the standard. If you are seeing non-standard operation, then we will have to look into this more closely. But at the end of such an investigation, I doubt we would find the problem lies in our software...
Bill
LaserBoy doesn't have any bugs either.
Just lots of undocumented features!
James.
