    Very NICE! The both open well in Pango. This openGL like thing... I made a virtual solarsystem in openGL in school. Is that how you made the "world"?

    good to know, thanks for trying. I've done a fair bit of programming in openGl so I stayed close to that approach. In fact is is a little bit easier because the way I handle the geometric data is like a simple object oriented scene graph resulting in cleaner code
