Definitely 12V. I even stuck a meter probe down its little business end to check it.Current draw is nominally 4.16 amps but might be less in practise, most times, judging by the low heat coming off it.
Re eBay, I just grab the listing number out of the URL and search for it on the site version I use.
Re the monitor, I've tested it this last hour or so, and it rocks. The contrast and colour rendring are BOTH better than the Iiyama CRT. If someone had told me this would be so I'd have not beleived it. It's true though, the CRT has a tinted conductive surface to reduce glare and electrostatic charge and X-ray emission, and this blue-tints the image worse than Romper Stomper.. In fact, my impression that they overdid it on that movie might be largely due to the CRT which was very bluish despite a moderate to low colour temperature setting. Maybe red phosphors decline faster with age and use, I don't know, but I really like the LCD, I got used to it thoroughly in an hour or less, kept changing between them to make sure. Back on the CRT for now as the LCD needs house training, but I will make the change permanent despite the angle-based efects on contrast ratio. They're not bad if the distance is at least three feet.
Haven't tried the touch sense part yet, but I will.
