    nice !!

    Just one little tip from me, it`s smart to have the amps pointing with the POTs out..
    That way you can tune them more easy without removing them form baseplate

    Second though , how do you manage to mount everything now when you did mount both the TOP plate and the bottom ?

    It must have been better to first mount the lasers and power supply's ?


    Anyway, this is looking goood !!!

    it is easy to remove a card if it needs to be adjusted

    have measured up everything so I know where everything shoud be placed.

    What will be final dimensions of the case?
    You will use same thickness (5mm) for optics board too?

    58 x 38 and top will be 25 cm.

    yes 5mm alu for optics board. and angles to make it more stiff

    hey Exideglow, the projector is looking good! I see you must have gotten the DT-40's with the larger mirrors since I see a notch filter on that board! What software/hardware do you plan on using?

    hey DZ. thanks.

    i think i will buy Mamba black and Easylase Dac or fb3 with LivePRO.
    I do not know yet.

    what do you think about it ?

    Ah, ok, was just curious. It looks great, keep up the good work and keep the pics coming! I like the rivet idea!

    If the software you use has differential, you will want to use the 4 position cable for the input to the DT-40 amps. The ones you have connected in the photo with the pots are the single ended cable.
