nice !!
Just one little tip from me, it`s smart to have the amps pointing with the POTs out..
That way you can tune them more easy without removing them form baseplate
Second though , how do you manage to mount everything now when you did mount both the TOP plate and the bottom ?
It must have been better to first mount the lasers and power supply's ?
Anyway, this is looking goood !!!
Home tomorrow ? .. think I need to take a closer look![]()
Solid!
What will be final dimensions of the case?
You will use same thickness (5mm) for optics board too?

my RGB analogue projectors:
3.9 W (640/532/445) 30kpps
2.6 W (655/532/450) 30kpps
2.5 W (638/532/450) 30kpps
0.7 W (test unit)(635/532/473) 18kpps
hey Exideglow, the projector is looking good! I see you must have gotten the DT-40's with the larger mirrors since I see a notch filter on that board! What software/hardware do you plan on using?
Ah, ok, was just curious. It looks great, keep up the good work and keep the pics coming! I like the rivet idea!
If the software you use has differential, you will want to use the 4 position cable for the input to the DT-40 amps. The ones you have connected in the photo with the pots are the single ended cable.
now I am very little known at lasers so I welcome any to come with tips and advice
