Okay i am having issues.
I dont get anything on my monitor port and nothing happens when i turn the pots.
the traces are all good but i get no response from the ports to check my current.

1- I dont think the 1 Ohm SMD can handle the power. Put one that can hold at least 1/2W.
2- What load do you have?
3- Check If the 1 Ohm is open if not change your IC.(and check again all the connections).
4- Play all the way with the Pots.

If nothing work
Shoot the bastard and try a new one.

I don't see why not.
Just for 3 Amps max. But 80 Volts.
I compare data sheets very different, but for this application I think work just fine.

The Emitter and the Base are backwards than the BD437 so flip it.

ask them if they can use a small flat rate box... a USPS flat rate box to greece should be like $14... although there is the added hassle of paperwork so that might be why the extra charge
