Andy ... Im currently thinking about driving down , as its at a good stress free time of year I might just take 3/4 days out and take my/our time and alloows me to bring some kit too. Also was thinking fo having some mugs printed so would be able to bring them.
Sofo ... The issue i think with multiple raffles is simply how much people have to spend ... viasho gave us a discounted 1 watt last time i think for about £600 to raffle off ( AND it was much appreciated FRANK !! especially by mark insanity ! ) ..and after an initial flurry of about £300 tickets sold it took months to clear the last few hundred pounds of tickets.

Last years raffle was £10 a ticket and we struggled to sell the 60 tickets , although i did for what i beleive was good reasons limit it to UK attendees only and 3 tickets each .. if it had been opened up the tickets would have sold out a lot quicker but I felt at the time it was really important that someone in the room was going to be a winner rather than have all the build up to find out some stranger in a far off country had been pulled out the hat and was the winner , just ould not have been the same as being ble to watch mark insanitys face when his number was pulled and watching him like a child unwrapping it and putting it on display :-) :: ( OLD raffle thread http://www.photonlexicon.com/forums/...ghlight=raffle )
