Why not have the raffle then buy the prize afterwards with the proceeds?
You can still get the magic moment by giving a voucher to the winner for the unspecified prize.
The prize can then be bought afterwards by negotiation with 1 or more retailers and the winner according to the amount in the fund. That way no worries about having to sell more tickets after the event.
