Hey J -
Well, uh, it is the 'newer' L-4000 - the 'liquid-cooled' one, but not anything 'newer' than that... the 2x2 sounds really cool, though... how is convergence-management, though??
Heh - no sweat!!
RE: I *LOVE IT* when a plan comes together!
DUDE! You ROCK!! Just got our 19th-Client's bux today, so I'll be there with end-bells on!! (Marc is yet 'TBD', but he again assured that he really WANTS to try... but it will-be family-first... )
Since our 'gig' is on the 19th, we'll have all-day on the 20th to make the arduous drive up from Ft. Laudie, so, plenty of time to help go buy Guinness-n-stuff - Seriously, we should chat live to see what we can bring that will be of help... ie: we'll have a 10' x 10' 'Skeeta' scrim (of course...) but we can also bring our 12' x 18', if you want a 'larger field' for multi-projector shows (who cares if it bunches-up on the floor - 18' would make for a niiice 'widescreen'... Can also bring a 19' x 19' black sharkstooth, and a 20' x 20' white muslin screen, if it will be more practical to do FP, in-there... again, let's chat...
We might also-have a giant-roll of black 'visquine' (heavy-black plastic) like, ~4' x 50-ish' roll, but I gotta check... I seem-to remember that it might have gotten left at a gig... So, will advise...
Anyhoo, I am just-now seeing your PM, Adam, so I'll get to-it, and I'm really stoked to meet you guys and that we'll get to 'blase-it-up'
a bit!
...Where's that 'Woo-Hoo!!' chorus from Blur when you need it?!
ciao...
