    Yea. my 4x 405 is doing 75mW at around 100mA and the one in my "pointer" is at 110mA and 100mW.

    Back on original topic...

    Im getting the components mounted on the base plate tomorrow Pictures on the way.

    PS: powerproblems solved.
    It looks like my dummy load is defective so i was "under" powering the lasers.. :-)

    I have to wait till after 5PM so I can use the pillar drill because I am not alowed to use it for personal use during work hours.

    Ok parts are mounted

    There are a few mistakes like 2 holes not lining up for the DMX board but its being held by 2 screws and its pretty secure, I somehow missed a screw hole on the PSU so that's being held in by one screw and the holes for the galvos are too small.

    I need to fix that and get the laser head mounted and its all ready for the enclosure.

    All holes fixed and components mounted. Next step is wiring it all up and placing it inside its enclosure
