It's an N80AL from Maplins http://www.maplin.co.uk/module.aspx?moduleno=33690 that with a tickle on the milling machine made it the perfect little home for an FB3

Hi, I am interested in this product. How much does it cost new though? I think it was $500 for the FBE Eval Kit and $250 for the LivePro add on.

It's $595 for an eval kit and $250 for LivePro USB = $845 total, or about £603 GBP at todays rates, so this critter is ~£100 cheaper.

IIRC it's $500 for the hobby kit, which isn't licensed for commercial use, the eval kit is.

Well I am not going to be using this commercially, but from what I have read i really shouldn't pass up on the Live Pro, I used to have the FB3 hobby version and it was great. I guess I should probably buy this. In other words, I am shouting up.

I've just bought my FB3 about an hour ago.

Ah well, I'm getting a few extras from Francesco at the same time, so all is good

Sorry Dan, I did send out a telepathetic broadcast to everyone, but the signal was a bit iffy today
