Thank you Steve, the white is absolutely stunning. RGB = good, RGBV = amazing!

I haven't measured the total output yet as I'm not using good mirrors and didn't want to disappoint myself. but the powers used are:
- ~300mW green (closer to 400 most of the time, thank you Bridge )
- ~100mW Blue 473 (closer to 150, again thanx Bridge)
- ~450mW Red
- ~250mW BluRay

BluRay Dichro incurs massive losses, and the scanner mirrors are not that great for BluRay from what I can see.

With losses and all I'm expecting around 1 Watt or so.

Will measure it all tonight and report back with actual results

Great idea on using Blue Man Group. That's one of the first tunes I WAS going to use when my projector is done.

That show is truly one of the best beam shows in my opinion. I've filmed a couple others but haven't posted them yet. I also have a video from the last FLEM where 3 projectors were playing it simultaneously. This year it seems like we'll snap a new video where at least 5 will play it simultaneously

Thank you Bridge! Your lasers have in fact passed a year of being with me, spending almost all of their time the past year in a box though It is all finally together and I am very happy to say that the lasers are absolutely fantastic. I am very glad to have LW lasers in my project as they have proven their quality and worth very quickly

My camera, unfortunately, does not do the 405's justice. In the color pallet test pattern the BluRay is visible IRL, but you can hardly see a difference in the picture It's only 25 days until you get to see this first hand, and beams with BluRay are really great. The deeper blues are well pronounced with 405 in there...

By the way, the projector's case itself took me less than a day's work to get it together. The extrusions really make a huge difference. They're easy to assemble, easy to design, very sturdy and light. Not to mention, given the hassle they eliminate, they're not that expensive at all! They make repairs fairly easy too I would recommend them over and over to anyone interested in starting a new build... which I might do again soon

Really like the layout... And your alignment looks perfect! The Blu-ray is quite visible in the rainbow tunnel shot... Looks like I need to add some 405 nm to my rig now!

I'll be sure to check out the video when I get home. (Are you talking about the "above" beam show that I did?)

Geez! I spent weeks and weeks putting my enclosure together! I'm definately going to have to try the extruded aluminum pieces for the frame next time...

Are you using the newer 405nm diodes? Not the phr's but the other kind, I think from the 6X readers or writers or whatever?

This is using the 6X Burner BluRays... It's quite an effect when on a fluorescent background

As about the frame... I was stupid and I picked up the bare pieces... as in I had to drill and tap every hole and then hope it all fits. That part was a little tedious (albeit it's mostly me being paranoid and anal to get it 'just right'), but once done (which you can have 8020 do for you at a very reasonable price with unmatched precision I might add) putting it together is a breeze...

I thought of another thing recently too... This stuff is so sturdy and light that with some luck I might be able to just have a few cross beams and have a thinner plate of aluminum instead of my .5" beast! My guess is the plate makes up ~40% of the total weight now... still not too bad though
