Put a heavy neutral density filter on the camera. The interference is CCD saturation.
Many modern cameras have poor GAMMA range from 8 bit digitizing ( I'm gonna get slapped on that statement), and your saturating the CCD on the peaks of brightness. Decrease shutter time, change exposure mode , in the hopes that the camera will 'Stop Down". Otherwise you need r a neutral density filter. If you cannot locate a ND filter , use two crossed polarizing films as a home made variable ND filter
The polarizing films modern camera stores sell are circular polarization, ie 1/4 wave plates. They wont work so use two pieces of linear film from here:

Looks to me like the brightness of 1W is causing some internal reflection in the camera lens. There could also be some saturation of the CCD as heroic / mixed gas suggested.
If you look carefully above the dancing lady animation you can see her ghost performing the same moves. This suggests to me reflection is at work. I would suggest modulating your power down a little. You don't need 1W of RGB to get great animation video.
Seriously, the problem is that the laser is too bright. Either turn down the laser or stop down the camera.
