Hey Guys, I dropped a file called LazyMameLD2K.zip out in the apps dir on the FTP site. Hopefully I didn't rush things too fast, It sounded like some folks were eager to check it out so I cleaned it up double time. Bear in mind this is a beta, and the deployment package (all the dependencies, etc) being in one spot is untested, except by me of course. The only way we know where it stands is for someone to try it

Please realize that some games have more points than others. This means some games will flash more than others. Also some vector settings/config in LD may be needed if you haven't done so yet. Reminder, this is beta for the LD release, and my first shot at using the LD2000 sdk.

Send me a PM with your email addr and I can point you in the right direction when it comes to populating the ROMS folder.

Let me know how it goes-
    -Mike

I almost forgot- I also added info for individual games in this folder:
    C:\LazyMameLD2K\lazymame\info
Just in case you see a game you don't recognize- plenty of those in there.
These files have info about gameplay, controls, etc.
In the 1st release I incorporated these into the GUI app, but I left this one bare-bones for now just to get it rolling.
    Later, Mike

    Hey Zoof,
I plan on playing with both into the future- it is nice to have 2 options. They both have benefits, and supporting both covers a good chunk of the viewing audience, especially since the soundcard guys have tapped into easylase.dll. Using the LD2000 SDK has been great- it has tons of functions, all laid out nice and tidy. One of my main motivating factors to get a QM board was to be able to play with this SDK. How's the 3D world going?
