Regarding the venue, sounds covered, live broadcasting is covered, who wants to take on the responsibility of covering the windows? Any volunteers?
    Right there with you Dave

    No work 'til Monday!

The dinner is going to be at:

    Angelo's Italian Restaurant
    2270 Vindale Rd
    Tavares, FL 32778
    352-343-2757

Please someone correct me if I'm headed to the wrong place. Don't wanna be the only person out there with a car-full of lasers...

Here's my plan for Friday evening to Saturday night (Sunday morning?)...

Also, since I'm going to be there in the morning, I don't mind helping out with the windows. Still not final on how to cover up the windows, some ideas were thrown around, but I don't recall exactly which we're going with. Anything I need to grab along the way? Say, the winning lotto numbers maybe?

    Hi Guys,
Just wanted to let you all know that I will be stopping by for a quick visit, Fred will not be able to attend this meeting (sorry all). Adam, if you could please get me an estimated total of attendees, OSLS would like to buy you guys a pizza lunch from Domino's. Unfortunately, I will not be staying for very long as I have quite a busy weekend in Orlando, but I look forward to meeting with all of you on Saturday morning.

    WELL--

"OFFICIALLY" i must make it known that i will not be attending FLEM. I REALLY am sorry guys.

There is just too much going on here at home with my brother and mom that i dont want to be that far away for that long. G-D forbid if something does happen with my brother i would kill myself for not being around to help out or be with him.

i wish you all a VERY fun and safe trip. I expect TONS of pictures and video!

I did not have time to send adam or aaron a dichro kit. HOWEVER-

what i will do is donate a gift certificate (or whatever you wanna call it) as a door prize for the kit. who ever wins it, i will simply send them the dichro kit.

my SINCEREST apologies for not sending it out in time. But to be quite honest, i just had a million things going at once and forgot.

    SO-

OFFICIALLY...i am donating (1) 25mm dichro kit. Reflect RED. Reflect Blue (NOT 405 blue!) and their 3 axis mounts.

adam or who ever does the drawing, just call me or shoot me a message as to who won it.

have fun guys!!! wish i could be there! be safe!!!

You'll be missed, dude - but your absence is certainly understandable.
I'm sure we'll manage to make up for it at SELEM

    Hey folks!

Whew! Packed up the Jeep last night. Those new speakers take up *way* too much room. The Jeep is packed to the very top. I think my fuel economy might suffer a bit on this trip! At least it's all loaded though.

Dinner officially starts at 8 PM, but feel free to arrive whenever you want. They have a nice bar... And yes, it's at Angelo's Italian Restaurant. Daedal has the address correct. (It's also listed in a few posts earlier in this thread.)

Glad to hear you'll be able to make this one, Amanda! I'm sure everyone will appreciate the Pizza. Right now I think we're looking at 25 people total. If you want you can give me a call on Saturday before you come (843) 324-0735 and I'll give you an exact head-count.

    Marc:

Sorry to hear you won't be able to make it pal. But yeah, you've got a full plate right now. Like we talked on the phone - I think everyone understands your situation. Family comes first man. Be sure to tune in to the live broadcast though!

No worries about the dichro kit. I'll post the drawing info here, and I'm sure whoever wins the drawing will also be posting soon after!

Really looking forward to this one, guys. I'm totally wiped out from all the work going on at the plant, so this is going to be a welcomed vacation. As for the windows - I'll have a couple sheets with me, and I can nab a few towels and stuff from my Mom's place, so I think we're covered there. (No pun intended!)

Hey, my cousin has a "press" for color transfers to t-shirts. How many we got coming? I figure a cart full of Haynes tshirts and some transfer paper won't be too much. My mom is at Walmart so I am having her do a bit of re-con.

This is a bite from the first SELEM logo, but it is kinda short notice and I have been carrying it around since FLEM II.

    Lightbulb

There should be no problem; my cousin has the color transfer press. All we need is shirts and transfer paper which shouldn't be too hard to find. This isn't Newton, NC or anything. After that, it is only printing and pressing. I was thinking of getting 20 to 30 shirts, plain black haynes or fruit looms. Should be a piece of cake.
