No Gus..I am looking for over 100mw .....it is a problem with the spot size on this project. This is Very critical. My calculations were good, just received a misprinted label on one optic, not what I ordered. Now I have to get what I originally ordered. Where is QC in the business nowadays? You should get good results. The pump power set to 2.5 amps-barely 1.8 watts of 808 for testing. I really don't want a burnt spot on the LBO.
As far as finding the blue spot....well it has it's secret. There are a few places it wil have a conversion...only one with the correct gain for max power and absortion. A difference of several mw. I expect the new lens to be in soon so pix are in order..hopefully by the weekend.

Here are a couple of it in action...making around 60mw. There are no beam correction optics after the output coupler....just kindof throws blue photons everywhere. IR filter is right in front of the OC. It will be finished...sometime. Other lasers need to be repaired/built for SELEM.

I have not modulated this set...also it will need collimation optics. I will finish it someday. I need to use it in something...maybe a lumia setup. I will change to a better driver and see what it will do at 5 amps of pump....hopefully better than 120mw. It was for the learning curve and provide a test bed for 473 parts in question.

What are the dimensions of your crystals? Also, what are you using to control the TECs?

    Looks great!!
