Agreed - especially for folks working venues where a lot of "curious" attendees might have access to the gear!!

When i connected the qm2000.net it didn,t work right away but with help from mr pangolin and the guy at the computerguy it was sorted in one hour after i mailed pangolin. Now thats what i call service!!!!!!!
Hmmm - maybe I should work that angle with Bill!!

Nah, nevermind - as much as Bill has done to support my hobby efforts, sounding like a satisfied salesman is the least I can do! (not hard to do when you're happy with the product!!) And I think just about anyone here that owns Pangolin gear will be 100% in agreement with you on the great service Pangolin provides!!

There I go again - sounding like a salesman!!

    But -

We can't remotely control your QM2000.net box if you keep hiding your IP address and serial number...

it might be worth asking bill if hes doing a NL pangolin workshop in june,

in the past when there has been a ILDA conference in NL Bill has done a pangolin workshop that has been open to "non" ilda conf attendees

    see here http://www.pangolin.com/industry/ild...ing_report.htm

i may be worth while asking him if hes planning on doing the same this year i will certainly go as well, ( or maybe Bill may read this and respond )

    all the best ... Karl
