A few things when you tune your correction board with the max.wav.. Your system volume and wav volume and playback volume should all be at max. Also the sound card control panel must be at 6 or 8 channel. You can test it by pressing the play button at the bottom right. After you have done this, set the DAC audio card to secondary in the windows audio settings control panel.

Now, in your spaghetti scanner settings, under audio DAC click the More button and chose the right sound card, and invert red, green, and blue signals, and intensity if you are using it (invert X and Y as necessary). For the channel assignments I use (X Y R G B I AL AR):
4 3 1 2 7 8 5 6, but you can set them to anything to match your wiring.

One other thing, does the 0-5v rule also aply for adjusting the pots for the X and Y channels?

Interesting ...

On my sound card, I have somehow managed to blow channel 3, so I am getting a NEGATIVE idle signal from the card, on that channel, instead of the usual 2.25V. I also get around -4 from the correction amp. Maybe the channel you are trying to use is dead?

Can you try a different channel?

I don't think that's the case, the voltage gets stuck sometimes at arround 5v but it seems to work quite well. When I display the test pattern it goes down to 3v and, when I stop it, sometimes it goes back up to 5v and others it goes back down to 0v.

I,ve also tried the R channel and the same thing happens.
