what i find strange is the sold ones still on the page?

if its sold remove it from the page makings searching for one that are actually for sale much easier

Here's my two cents on it. I phoned to enquire about 1 unit i was interested in, was told on the phone by the sales manager that it was available and to send him an email. Did that within 2 mins and then got a mail back an hour later saying it was infact sold? Replied to that mail asking about a second unit the sales manager mentioned was available to be told that this was nolonger available.Replied to this asking about another 2 units and was told that they could'nt be sold at this time??

For a company with the reputation of kvant, I would have thought that they could have handled this in a much better way.

Maybe its just sour grapes cos' i didn't get any new toys

Yeah and during the day another 25, all from different people asking for same modules, most of them wanting information about 2 or 3, than choosing only 1 of them and another completely different or another information.
I wish I could ever experience such a brainstorm . It had to be fun.
And finally all those e-mails from unsatisfied customers.

I have dealt with Kvant and have had no problem with them, thier product and support is rock solid.

I too wish i had access to heads up on this sale as there was some nice goodies which could be snapped up.

What I find more intriguing is who exactly is buying all these lasers.
And why aren't they on PL !?!

Is there a forum of equivalent excellence that I don't know about?

I purchased 2, at first I was bummed out about the 500mW blue lasers all being sold, but now I am stoked that I got any lasers at all. They went flying off the shelf.
