Lol, Pat! Classic... Nice work, as-usual...

Well, I 'see' your Altoids Tin, and 'raise you' One 9V Battery-can!...

....complete-with 10mW 635 Red, momentary-sw, emission LED (in-rear) and 'Danger' sticker.. (sorry about the 'suckky' pix - this was in the days before I had a camera with a macro....)

All you had to do was connect a 'real' 9V to the 'OEM 9V' terminals in the back, (just mate the polarities ) and presto! Fastest-way to get yourself arrested at a rock-concert outside of attacking the lead-singer!

...Was fun while it lasted... but you're inspiring me to 'play' again... if only I could - *sigh* ...back to 'time to make the doughnuts'...

...But yours still trumps-mine in 'color-coolness-factor'

    ciao

Hah! I found it!!! I knew I had it somewhere...

So yeah, it is now all 'gutted' but...lol quite the rediculously- 'over-stickered' little-pointer, eh?
...and - sheesh...this little 'hack' is from, like, 1990!!! Geez, time flies...

But yours still trumps-mine for 'coolness' ...and uh, POWER ...330mW = Niiiice!....Truly, 'Curiously Strong'...

...Oh...uh, yeah....sorry, Pat this WAS a thread about YOUR tin @$$-kicker, not mine!! Sorry, Cap'n!

Now, back to the 'Apollo Channel'...
    peace..

Kool Jon...now you just gave me another idea. The batteries are a problem, they are too big. Have you been hearing about PaCoLEM?

And they usually won't fit in an altoids tin.
