i just used the online chat, they will give you an email to contact them. just tell them how you want the case, built or unbuilt, how you want it shipped and your address. u might want to ask them to supply the mains power socket and switch as well.

The price for the cases aren't too bad, but the shipping prices to the US are what kills me. For a case that will fit a high powered RGB, it comes out to $180 for the case and $200

for shipping. The aluminum for the case that I was looking at was 5mm thick. After paying for the bank transfer fees, we're looking at some serious cash. It may be less expensive to build one.

$200 for shipping? What method of shipping were you using? Thats pretty pricy...

They say that it's about $8/KG for DHL and FedEx is even more.

get sea freight, it will be a lot less. it doesnt take as long as you think to ship it over. i know its only about 14 days from china to australia. sea freight dont charge by weight but by the cubic inch.

I'll ask if they do sea freight, but when I complained about price, they didn't seem to try to offer a cheaper alternative. I'll find out if sea freight is an option.

it must be a heavy baseplate inside the case...?
Maby they can ship without it?

In my opionion, if you don't need many cases, it is better send by Express. If sent by sea, it needs to pay document and custom, and it needs longer time to arrive. When it arrives at the port, you also need clear custom and get the goods from shipping company.

I just check the Express price, it is about USD55 for 7KG without flight case by UPS, it needs 3 business days, door to door service.

It is USD90 for 14KG with flight case.

It is USD2/CBM for the sea freight,but the document and custom is USD85. 13 days to arrive.

if you are getting a few cases it works out pretty cheap. might be worth doing a group buy for your area then posting em out locally.
