Requirements are that they dont act stupid and or do stupid...that is pretty much my rule. We will be dealing with high voltages and fragile, expensive equipment so a water balloon fight would not be acceptable. Typical garden hose connection, no need to bring anything special unless you have special connectors on your gear, bring that if you do. My first venue is perfect, it is up for lease, if it gets leased I go to plan b.

No worries, she's good around the gear. I always tell her that if she decides to touch it there's a 50% chance she'll die depending on where she grabs. She's never tried to beat the odds yet

I dont think it's a bad idea, as it will just convert more people to switch from pointers to 'real' lasers

I think he's in central california... lasers make people do crazy things... like drive all the way to Bend, ORthe more the merrier. If pointer jockeys get out of hand I'll blast their ass (jk ofcourse) i thought dave was in so cal? What ever how ever

Oh yeah I talked to dave from LPF, he gave me a "maybe". So that's pretty good! not a flat out "not going to make it", anyway.
