Depends on how many 168"s I have to work on But I thought it is a saturday and sat night event, and rollover to sunday ending noon or 3 or so. I thought peps could roll in fri night if they want, just for grins maybe pizza or dinner (low budget for me) and meeting each other no real friday night festivities unless they evolve.... I will have already been moving in friday.

But If i knew who is where when we can be effecient with the 3 phase but I wouldnt worry to much about it all I like things to just fall into place, less stressful and more fun. WHat I need is a head count for which nights so I can call a couple of hotels for rooms, Last head count was about 5 including me...but I already have a place to sleep
and give me a max budget you want to spend per night for hotels. We have cheap and expensive.

How much do we need to pay for the venue? Do we know exactly where we're holding this yet?

As far as hotels go, as long as I can keep it under 100 a night I think I'll be ok. If it ends up being more, no big deal. I dont mind sleeping in a total shit hole but since the girlfriend is coming I gotta keep it at least a tiny bit classy

the venue as sits is an unoccupied space, vacant, nothing nada. (my buddy builds commercial space and has the keys to an un rented suite...about 2400sqft) Three phase and water and a toilet, high ceilings and big white wall, roll up door for load in. I would like to offer the guy $100.00 or something nominal, he probably wont want anything, but it is always nice to offer, we would pass the hat or something. That is plan A, if he rents the dump I'll poop out plan b.

In bend, everything is within 10 minutes, you can be on Mt.Bachelor and on the slopes in 20 minutes.

Adam - are you bringing a better half? If not, I have no problem of you using an air mattress and sleeping bag, it is an industrial area, no real camping...perse'. plus you might smell a bit and we will have to rinse you off with 168 output water.
