Damn, so it actually meant 'runs on Pangolin hardware and Easylase USB hardware' rather than 'Pangolin USB and Easylase USB hardware' *sad panda*

Back on topic, me and my other half play WoW (EU Bronzebeard - Critical Mess guild) and have been for a few years now. Top 10 raiding guilds not long back (not sure where currently...) She's due to drop a sprog in July so may be the end of all that..

Was into the old 386 stuff then the good old p233 with red alert/cnc tiberium etc dark reign total annihilation and so on.
Used to be big into CS/TFC back in the old 1.1.1.3 and lower days.

Then joint operations typhoon rising. Great mil sim game good community and not much cheating at all. 'Joint operations'
Played eve online for almost 2 years, played some big parts of some pretty big newsworthy battles out in 0.0 space yady yah. still active account but don't play.

As of last 2 years I have had a serious relationship so gaming has fallen to the side. Currently playing fallout3 on ps3 which the missus loves to watch anyway.. so all good.

Couldn't agree more - HalfLife CS, DoD, FarCry, various versions of Need for Speed...

It took a tour to the Middle East to sort of get it of out of my system - where I promptly fell off the wagon by discovering THIS forum and frickin' lasers!!

Of course, since then there's been Crysis, Fear, and now FarCry 2.

I cycle addictions every couple of months. Right now it's lasers, before that it was Eve Online. I'm in the 30 plus corp, Meoem if anybody wants to look me up - good people in that corp, reminds me of this forum. Before Eve it was TF2, Half-Life 2, BF2. I was sober from lasers from 2002 to 2008. We're all a bunch of 12 steppers.

    Default BF2, CSS

CSS or Crysis is a couple of favourites, along with America Army

Untill i discovered Armed Assault, ARMA, Its alike BF2 but much more complicated and realistic.

You play toghether as a group/squad or a whole team on huge maps.
You can play many many roles. medic, gunner, suport, sniper, pilot carrier crewman, 2nd pilot, tank, tankgunner etc etc etc..

Here are a video of a Squad getting some help from the pilots in the same team. If you listen to the chatter you can understand some of the realistics and stuff.

Her are another birds view of an air assault:

Same thing with the chatter here, the guys playing in this team and many other teams are really realistic.

And the best part, is that ARMA2 (2) is being released any day now with even more realistic graphics and even more playing roles and veihcels and weapons.

This game and game engine is the true simulator for many Real military trainings, in the us marine corps it is used for combat simulations.

    Checkout www.arma2.com

this game is not for eveyone as a single match can take up to 4hours and only 1hours is hard combat action, the other 3 hours is for preparation, planing and recon. But playing toghether with a really serious group is probably one of the best gaming experiance i have had.

And now with Crysis graphics coming in ARMA2 its probably going to be even more intense and realistic.

Just wanted share this awsome game
