My first experience with my first powerful laser from 1W l' I have made with laserworld like written over. To power meter it was a lot under to the 1W. Used and scratched. I have sent much email and letters but no answer. The money for a lawyer I do not have them! : - (
I sure do not buy other laser from laserworld.Sad...

Don't you have the equivalent of a Citizens Advice Bureau in your country?

Or a Small Claims Court process where you can take action against an individual (or company) without it costing a lot.

It seems like only a court case (or a class action) against Laserworld will make them realise that "The jig is up!"

Oh Danny Boy .... Whilst there is fetid putrid Beer sodden breath in my body this thread should be kept active.
How else will people know about these rapscallions?

will go into more details later because i am at work right now...

HOWEVER, LaserWorld sent the clustomers 3 new lasers to compensate for the GROSSLY under rated and unde rpowered original lasers. (See my review earlier in this thread of the NEW lasers).

so, i finish the projector build...bust my ass on it for 2 weeks....

THE FUCKING RED LASERS IS DEFECTIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

who woulda thought that a tinly little module like that (see picture i posted previously) couldnt mak 2W of red...Hmmm....

ya know what though...it must be me! i am sabotaging their lasers. i must be turning the power on wrong. i think the red lasers in USA work differently than they work in Germany.

the red worked fine when first turned on. lased brightly, lased perfect. the laser WASNT TOUCHED, or moved or ANYTHING, and the red started to flicker...and BOOM...now i have BARELY visible red.

what happened to THIS diode laserworld?? what did marc of CT. Lasers do THIS TIME to sabotage this laser and attempt to ruin your...ahem..."Good name?"

    LOL...absolutely freaking disgusting!!!

i feel VERY bad for the customers here. they are out A LOT of money because of these asses!

Well considering that CNI does not make a red laser of that power at that wavelength, seems very odd that Laser World would send it to you... Contact CNI with the serial number if it has one and ask them what the rated power is. Additionally, in the size module you received, only 1.5W is available.

    Here's what you do.

    1. Go to their Swiss office. Write down the license plates of all the cars in their parking lot.
    2. Look them up in the appropriate cantonal website. This gives you their name and address.
    3. Get a Swiss citizen (we do have a couple here) to denounce them for their inappropriate business dealings.
    4. Watch as they get totally screwed by life and have to leave CH.

I fancy one of those 20W greens for $37,500.
After all, a new seller with zero feedback flogging LaserWorld lasers from an Eastern European country.

What could possibly go wrong ?
