If we get a majority interest I can do barbecue pulled pork sandwiches for lunch on Saturday or Sunday. I'd do ribs but they are too pricey and a danger to optics.![]()
I'll do the sandwiches all on me. I just need an oven to reheat the meat for an hour. Is their an oven at the auditorium, Adam? If some folks can supply sides like baked beans and coleslaw along with some paper plates, disposable utensils and drinks, we have a lunch party!
Here are some pics to get your mouth watering. I just smoked with these shoulders last night for 12 hours with oak and hickory and pulled them this morning. I got a great new rub and mop recipe I just perfected.
I think 6 shoulders would feed everyone at SELEM nicely.
