    Default Anyone recognize this laser?

It is supposed to be 3W green, but is making only about 1.8W. The sticker on the head says 2006-12-6 which I presume is the mfg date. The driver is only identified as model LPS-3000.
There are only 3 pots on the PCB, so I'm assuming they are diode current, diode temperature and KTP temperature. I'd rather know for sure before messing around with them. Also, the "signal" connector is presumably for modulation, but has 3 wires - red, black and pink. Maybe TTL, ground and analog?

Anyone got any pointers for me?

Thanks. That appears to be a LambdaPro laser. Snooping around their web site, I found an LPS-1000 that looks very much like the LPS-3000.

Not a lot of specs available though. Is there a LambdaPro distributor on PL?

That power supply def looks like a Lambda Pro however the head looks different. Have you taken a look at the board in the power supply or in the head? Are there any markings on boards?

OK, I'm 99.9% sure it's a LambdaPro. Searching around old posts on PL, I see that it uses the same blanking connector. Since LambdaPro doesn't make anything over 2W, I'm going to guess this is in fact a 2W system and be happy with 1.8W. Off to poke at the modulation wires and see if I can make it blink.

Yep looks like a lambdaPro to me. I've owned one of their lower power models and although a different model the engineering of the ps internals look very similar.
