Who can count lens for my LD?

Hi all!
I get two (c-mount) red laser diode, I don't have pdf but it is something close to 1W/660nm . I check only that 20cm after diode the spot have 25x45mm. I dream about beam ~3mm and 1mrad but what lens I must give it?.

I'm too stupid to count the lens, but I know that need one lens for X and Y
Have you some idea?, maybe somebody have a bit time for count lens?

Start with a anamorphic prism and then ask about the lens.

I play with prism and lens from CNI red laser (diode is very similar), and efect is not good. Prism make big divergence and many more loss.

but...
I place prism after diode and lens. It's unimportant where is the prism?
