I'd go for 2x Decent ATX PC power supplies. Hook 2x 138W up to one (~23A) and the other 500W one to another one capable of supplying a bit more oomph. It states on the side of each PSU what the max current is. If you can't find one that will take 42A on the 12V rail (single, not dual rail) look at adding a high power current limiting resistor to knock it back to a bit below the max. Just do a few calcs to make sure everything is safe, and you should be fine.

Thanks for the help , i have 2 10 watt tecs now for the diode i think 138 watt is a bit powerful or is this still ok .
On the 9mm diodes is it the top part of the diode (silver bit) or the gold bit which is 9mm so i can drill a mount for the diode can i put a very small amount of thermal grease roung the diode to help with heat transfer
