    Default PSU for Laserwave 200mw .

    Can anyone help with a laser wave PSU. i have an issue with the TTL input which has damaged my DAC. If i put a volt meter on the TTL input (no dac connected ) i get 5.3 volts dc on the red and black wires. Is this correct as i would have though there should be no voltage on the input as it uses a Quadruple 2-input NAND Schmitt trigger . Thanks.
