My problem, Im runing laser system, for example diod lights 0.5Mw and power supply closeing led , Im waiting 3 second lights, diod lights 0,2Mw and power supply opening led. Whats problem?

I will have buil 5-10watt green and RGB pro laser.How are manufactured?
