Here is a link to the list of all the Pangolin dealers in Europe. And if one of them can't help you, I suggest you send a message directly to Pangolin and ask them about the problem.
It could be that Poland imposes very high import taxes on electronic items. If that's the case, then it would explain the high prices you were quoted from Mediam. But I would check with a couple other dealers to be sure, and also check with your local customs office to see what sort of taxes will be charged...

here is 22% tax but it's still not enough to get prices so high ...( couple month ago I ordered something from china and I paid 22% tax)
Same was with Kvant modules (same distributor - Mediam)- they want a lot more than I bought from "Pelosh" ( when I call them they said 6300$for 500mw 445nm - SLovakia & Poland are in EU - no duty charges)
I already talk to "uncleworm" about FB3 and looks like I will get FB3+LivePro soon
