Yeah, the music was pretty freakin' loud. The distortion you hear is due to the mic in the camera being over-driven. The sound was actually very clean with no distortion at all, but it was so damn loud that no camera could record it without distorting.

My little hand-held camera was actually shaking from the bass, and most of the resulting video was basically useless. Glad to see that Adam (300Evil) had a larger camera that at least would remain stable with the pounding bass.

I lasted about 3 hours before I had to put the ear plugs in. But I gotta admit, it was fun nonetheless!

Yeah it was loud! And yes, that's my mic distorting, not the speakers. Wait until you hear the Metallica show.

The videos are great...............there's still so much that wasn't able to captured. It was a blast and yes it was loud..............there was a time I put on my I-pod had it as high as it would go and still couldn't hear it. DJ Matt got ear plugs................I think I was sitting at the wrong table....................Cat
