    Hi Adam,
I've worked in Stained glass over 20 years.I don't have a kiln and can't justify the cost of ownership or operation. Fusing a variety of glass together could be tricky. Cooling has to be very controlled , otherwise the finished product could shatter. Good luck. I'd like to see a picture If you succeed.

You are correct, a microcontroller takes care of that, It will still be a pain in the rear and take two days to cool down... Makes beads look easy. I am sure that all of your stained glass experience helped make a wonderful guide, and thank you for making it available to the community. Your cuts looked very nice, I still am lacking in the glass cutting department (using somebody elses studio was nice), but eventually I should have a nice glass shop setup again!

Support your local Janitor- not solicited .

Laser (the acronym derived from Light Amplification by Stimulated Emissions of Radiation) is a spectacular manifestation of this process. It is a source which emits a kind of light of unrivaled purity and intensity not found in any of the previously known sources of radiation. - Lasers & Non-Linear Optics, B.B. Laud.

    Hi Adam,

Have you ever tried sandblasting glass ?
It produces some great optical effects and beautiful stained glass pieces, but kind of pricey to setup. One day, perhaps I can afford a kiln and sandblasting booth. Sigh !....
