bit limited on full car shots, google it.

st used to be £10k brand new when they first come out, you must be able to get one for half price now.

    they are under powered though

Nice, I do quite like them but there is something stopping me from looking at them...

I only have a budget of £2,000 max for my car so the ST is out of the question even if they are half the original price.

damn, I don't even go out of the driveway at less then 2.6 litres.

Chevy Cobalt, Chevy Equinox, had to sell the lovely Honda, could not get parts for it.

    the liter is meaning less.

in the US they think the more L the better, but really all it means is it costs more to go to the shops and back

    its all about the handling

the rest of the world can get 420bhp from a 2L turbo, in the us they struggle to get 300bhp from a 4L LOL

Most American cars are garbage however, their is no "replacement for displacement". Sure you can get 400HP out of a 2L with forced induction. Not stock though, and at a cost of engine life and additional maintainance. Gotta compare apples to apples too. 4000LB cars versus 1500LB cars is not fair in any way. You can make any old junker fast by stripping it down to the chassis.

Don't get me wrong though. You can make a lot of power with small displacement and forced induction but it's much MORE fun having BIG displacement and then add forced induction. Forget HP for a moment, Look at engine RPM and torque. That's where the numbers are....

You guys got a pimp version of the Frd Focus over there don't ya? I am not really into cars but I had a "special" edition focus that was put to shame by what a friend of mine said is released over there.
