My dads friend went to the doctors for the first time ever when he was 10 and found out that he had to get put on meds for the rest of his life due to high blood pressure. The second time he ever went at the age of 50 he was diagnosed with diabetes.

Anyway, hope you get better I always found going for a walk helped me to calm down, and get some exercise !

Everyone is right, high BP is extremely dangerous. When was the last time you had a complete physical? Being new to PL, I don't know about everyone's age but at any age BP is something that needs to be watched. I've read the responses on this thread and a lot of people care so please do something. I will be praying for you. Cat

Get well soon my friend. Exercise and diet is very important with high blood pressure. Swimming is a great full body exercise and it's fun too.

Sex is the best exercise on the planet... I think my BP is 120/60... does that sound right for being a bit on the low side? I had a physical today. I am doing fairly good, but have been having headaches; DR is ordering some CT scans.

Seriously man, life is supposed to be am enjoyable experience. Doctors practice medicine, but the have been doing it for a while now. they got all kinds of neat toys to figure out what is wrong.
