Ill chalk up the disrespect to the ignorance of youth. I did not know frothy went away, i'll see if he can come over here. My patience was tried many times buy i think some of the stuff that I design and (sometimes) sell might spur innovation and may be start thinking about lasers as instruments for experimentation. Some of the "younger" guys over there act like they really want to learn and who knows what they will bring to the game in due time, but the rest just want to pop balloons, light matches and track vehicles and aircraft

Got to throw a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Marc at GOTTALUVLASERS for his first post in the forum. Nice try but ya cant fix dumb. You gave it your best shot. I am on the wrong computer now but when I log on to LPF later I am going to PM Avery and tell him that your FIRST POST should be required reading before someone can log on to the forum!!! Hitler had the right idea just the wrong people.. he should have gone after DUMB FUCKS in stead of the Jews, then we would not have to have conversations like this because the FDA would not have to make high power pointers illegal...

I agree that you are under-appreciated over there. Honestly I don't know why you keep going back. With the enormous collection of fools they have, I would have thought you would be sick and tired of it by now.

Nonetheless, we certainly appreciate your presence here. (And if you can get "frothy-chimp" to join PL, so much the better!) For the record, I thought your advice was right on the money. Pity that more people don't listen...
