    About this : http://www.lasershows.net/content/view/84/89/

It seems like they have stolen my idea :P lol

For a very very long time ago, I did ask if it would be possible to have a 3rd galvo on the Z axis !!
My idea was to have x and y for the UP and DOWN..
Then add one more" Z " that use a focal lens in front of the laser output (after the galvo)

What the "Z" galvo does is to adjust the focal point of the laser in the air.
In theory it means that the laser will be more visible exactly where the focal point is .

And if the "Z" lens moves at the same speed as a regular galvo 30-60kpps .
It would be possible to make a 3D hologram in the air, that use smoke as screen in the room.
And the TINY focused DOT in the air will only be visible at that speed..

    Well...... that was my theory
Only the $$$$.$$ did stop me on that project :P

Normal for a real white balance its ~ 1:1:1 RGB with 642nm red 532nm green and 445nm blue.
So still it should be arround ~21Watts.

    I ran it through Chroma.

It says perfect white balance for 15w 532 is:

    15W 532
    24W 642
    12w 445

The current balance will achieve white but is on the green biased side of things although obviously in turn this has advantages for brightness.

Beam Brush was a 6800 running full tilt, compared to a g330 running that huge slab with a lens on it.

BB was 4 lenses in 4 figure four paths.
