i, personally would like to take this opportunity to apologize to EVERYONE here (except the source of the problem) for this Fiasco.

i usually DO NOT respond to threads like this, nor do i add fuel to the fire so to speak, but when i am called on PERSONALLY to become part of a problem, i feel the need to respond.

this fight/argument/disagreement/ WHATEVER you wanna call it was brought to me, and therefore i needed to act. i provoked NOTHING nor did i attack ANY individuals at ANY time. (until forced to do so in my last post).

Second, why it had dust. as you all know, all laser-wave’s lasers are passed long time test before they shipping to our customers, this long time test here will lasting at least one weeks, for simulate our customers using, we won’t test it at our clear room(hundred thousand level clear room, Bill from Pangolin coming here last year, he know what our lasers made exactly), we test it at our test room, the test room is normal, sure, there will be dust after long time test. Especially for new products, our test will lasting more long times, from 2-4 weeks, this is our new type 200mW blue lasers, I had told him before in my email. This lasers during long time test here in our test room, that is why the laser look some dust.

Ok, Lasernerd, we had openly view about solve this problems:
1) trade back each other, we not only pay our own shipping, we also pay your back shipping.
2) Change a good head(not scratch and can accurate test head) for us, be honest, we don’t trust you anymore, here worry when we send back the head to you, we will never receive you change head for us, so now we only can receive both of us send the head to a ruputation Neutral man here, when he received both of us head, he send the scratch head to you and he send your change head to us.
