TBH Lasernerd, everyone on here to my knowledge who's ever had a problem with a Laserwave product has had them repaired or exchanged by Bridge and received back a more powerful laser than the one they sent. So quite where you got the "fraud" bit from I don't know as you're the only one whose ever had a problem with Bridge's service on here and even now he's offering to replace the blue for you or reverse the trade at his cost postage wise.
Rather than trading insults why not take up Marcs offer to act as an intermediary and reverse the trade. Or why not send him a new head in excahnge for a replacement blue?
You'll command a lot more respect for that than throwing insults around.

The fraud is how the package was labled and what he asked me what to put on the customs label!

i have had problems with business dealings. i have had defective lasers sold, i have had unhappy customers and i never ONCE placed blame ANYWHERE else other than with myself. unhappy customers in business are the EASIEST ways to make HAPPY, loyal customers if the situation is handled right.
