    Cool

Aaron's old projector was really cramped. He didn't have room for all of his dichros to be mounted at 45 degrees. Also, he found that he got better reflective efficiency at other angles. So it may be that he never tried it at 45 degrees.

BTW - did you get the pics I sent you of my tests with the lasever green?

Must have missed it, but I'm catching up on the forsale threads now.

Oh - ok... Yeah, I saw that thread, but I can't tell from the pics what you changed on the Ultra-mount to enlarge the beam path. (I'm assuming that the mounts in that pic have been modified?)

BTW - sorry to hear you killed all those diodes. Hope the repair went smoothly...

Nope diodes are still dead, giving up lasers, joining a monestary.

Mount has not been modified, but a new thingie (un anodized 45 degree thing) has been designed. Dosnt matter anyway...havent sold any.

For those concerned about operating the mount at 45 degrees, I built the 45 degree thing that goes into the mount as it is. It solves three problems. 1- the potential for beam clippage on parts of mount where the aperture is small. 2- FAT FINGER THUMB SYNDROHM- it keeps your fat fingers and fat thumbs out of the way of the beam when adjusting the mount. 3- makes the area the mount take up less space

    Pics show fix.
