I don't think you need worry, Pat. Even if the CVL that Paul bought is working perfectly, I don't expect to see more than 30 watts out of it. So your record is safe at 42.7 watts with your Cobra YAG. Now, if Paul decides to bring one of his larger CVL's to a future event, then all bets are off, as some of his monsters can certainly top 100 watts. But he's not planning to bring any of those to this meet.

Well, we never really nailed that down. Several people have suggested OutBack Steakhouse, as a couple folks didn't care for the Italian place.

I'm open to suggestions, but we need to decide this week. After all, FLEM is basically a week away now!

So let's hear it people: Are we meeting at OutBack, or at Angelo's? Reply with your preference now!

Indeed we do realize. And we're happy for the diversion.

But in all honesty, we'd really be honored if you could attend SELEM... Maybe you can hitch a ride with Johnathan? Even if you can't bring any equipment, it would still be good to see you.

Give it some thought anyway...

when you live in Bend Oregon...everywhere is the other side of the planet, sort of a time warp space contemium (sp) thing. Yeah, a lot of us fall into that category. At the first FLEM back in 2007, I only had a 100 mw green-only projector. But at FLEM I was treated to several shows running on DZ's awesome RGB projector (running Pangolin, of course), and I was hooked.

Come to think of it, nearly all of the people that attended that first event are now running full RGB systems. In fact, I think we're all running Pangolin too!

Alright, alright already-

if you go back to my comments in the paclem thread I stated I would have some time to pull out something big for the contest at a lem this fall.

Wacko Buffo keeps having these meets every two weeks- claiming of course other people are making him do it-

as stated, i wish I had time to hang out in tavares everytime buffo needs to mow his moms lawn-

but i run a buisness and that isn't possible-

the unit arriving at this shin-dig was a fluke score, and much smaller than my other stuff-

if it is do-able, i offered to fire it for those present as buffo is bringing it here-

however a much larger demonstration will be on tap when my schedule clears in the fall- ok people-
