i'm sure they do have real one, But this one wasn't.
in order for them to get a legal warrant issued by a judge they need evidence...i think he was hoping to intimidate his way into my home to find the evidence he needs to give him reason to get a real warrant issued by a judge.

It was a real warrant "paper" but it wasn't filled out and signed by a judge.
And since the patriot act is no longer in effect thanks to obama, they have no right to just walk into someones house whenever they feel like it.

I agreed to let him in, basicly because i had nothing to hide, and was hoping it would finally get them off my back.
my reasoning, is he was there hoping to find evidence which would give him reason to get a "real" search warrant to raid my home......by letting him in to see that there is nothing here, he doesn't have much cause for getting a warrant and is basicly stopped in his tracks.

so yes, i let him in on my own accord, under the agreement that the sheriff's deputy would escort him....and i didn't want him just wandering free around my house.....

yup that was me. Needless to say i stopped selling lasers.....
an fda agent did eventually show up at my house trying to pawn off a fake search warrant to get into my house......eventually he was let in (once a sheriff's deputy arrive after he blocked the drive-way and refused to let us leave) and was taken on a tour of the house to see that i was not producing any lasers.

Dude dont even worry about those fake agents !! They got that warrant from ''GET A WARRANT .COM" . Keep banging out those pen lasers !!

something about this story smells of a fish hatchery. Did you keep a copy of the fake warrant, it could have been a fake sheriff, or even a fake FDA agent. May be you are on Candid Camera and it is all a big joke! SMILE! Your on Candid Camera!
